For the money they charge I would expect them to really take care of their customers and treat them fairly. But after that they never showed interest and when asked they try to avoid. Instead of returning the money (which by the way is very expensive) he promised for a free second session on our next visit. I then complained to the manager and explained him the same. When asked the therapist they said the timer was started 2 hrs back. So instead of providing us massage for 90 mins they did it only for 30 mins. By the time they started the actual massage it was already around 1.5 hrs. After scrubbing they asked us to take bath before massage. The timer was started as soon as we went inside. I had booked for 2hrs package which includes 90 min massage and 30 min body scrub. Visited the Crescent road (Near Race course) property for a couple package. ![]()
